My own journey into chiropractic began in high school, when I started getting chiropractic care. Not only did it help me recover from injuries, but it enhanced my performance on the football field. Those benefits followed me into the gym and continue to influence how I train and live today. Experiencing firsthand how powerful a well-functioning body can be inspired me to help others reach their highest level of health and performance.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University, where I developed a deep understanding of human movement, physiology, and performance optimization. I then went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the Fountainhead of Chiropractic and recognized as the gold standard in chiropractic education.
